Data controller

The controller of the personal data processed in AnunciaConIA is Iñigo Martin (tax ID 16090868E), 48640 Berango (Bizkaia), España. AnunciaConIA is a trade name of its owner. For any question about your data, write to hola@anunciaconia.com.

What data we process

Your account data (email, name and encrypted password); what you tell us about your business (description, website, pronunciations) and the screenshots or videos you upload; the descriptions of the actors you create; the scripts and videos we generate; usage data (which app pages you visit and which videos you create, to provide the service, apply your plan and improve the product); where you first came from (UTM parameters and landing page) and, if you pay, subscription data. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and never reach our servers.

We don't process photos of people

The service doesn't allow uploading photos of people to create actors: custom actors are created only from a text description, and the AI rejects descriptions of real people, minors or sexual content. Please make sure your business screenshots and videos don't show identifiable people without their permission.

Purposes and legal basis

To provide the service you request: writing the script, generating the voice, the actor and the edit of your videos, storing them for download and sending necessary emails (verification, video ready, renewal notices). The legal basis is the performance of the contract you accept when signing up. Billing and accounting: contract performance and legal obligations. Protecting the service against abuse and bots, and understanding which channels bring users and improving the product with aggregated data: our legitimate interest. We don't send you advertising or sell your data.

Artificial intelligence

To create each video we send what's needed to AI providers acting on our behalf: your business description to OpenAI (script, illustrative images and custom actors), the script text to ElevenLabs (voice) and the actor image with its audio to fal.ai (talking actor). Your screenshots aren't sent to these providers: they're only used in the edit, on our servers. Under their business terms, these providers don't use this data to train their models. The AI only generates the content you ask for: it makes no decisions about you.

Providers with access to data

Railway (application and database hosting, EU servers), Cloudflare (website, EU file storage and bot protection), OpenAI, ElevenLabs and fal.ai (artificial intelligence), Resend (email, EU servers) and Stripe (payments). Stripe also processes payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

International transfers

Some of these providers are US companies and may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Your businesses, screenshots and actors are kept while you have an account or until you delete them. Generated videos are available for download for 30 days and then deleted. If you ask us to delete your account, we erase your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (such as payment records, for tax periods). Backups are rotated periodically and deleted data also disappears from them.

Cookies and browser storage

We don't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The website stores nothing in your browser. Inside the app we store only what's needed for it to work (your session, language and Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection) and, locally, two first-party items we never share: where you came from, only until you sign up and for at most 30 days, and a random visit ID, cleared when you close the tab, for our internal statistics.

Minimum age

You must be at least 16 to create an account, and an adult or authorised by your parents or guardians to pay.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict or port your data by writing to hola@anunciaconia.com from your account email. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.

Changes

If we change anything important in this policy, we'll tell you by email before it applies.
