Service

AnunciaConIA creates vertical videos in which an AI-generated actor presents the business or product you describe, with script, voice, captions and, if you upload them, your screenshots. By creating an account you accept these terms.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to create an account, and an adult or authorised by your parents or guardians to pay. You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for what's done with your account.

Trial video, plans and single videos

With a verified account you can create one free trial video, with a watermark. Monthly plans include a number of watermark-free videos per month that resets each cycle and doesn't roll over; single videos never expire. Videos that fail to be created aren't counted. Prices shown are final, VAT included, with no extra charges. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Renewal, cancellation and price changes

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. We email you 3 days before each renewal. You can cancel in one click from your account: you won't be charged again and keep your month's videos until the end of the paid period. If we change your subscription price, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance so you can cancel before it applies.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have 14 days to withdraw from distance purchases. AnunciaConIA provides a digital service immediately: next to every pay button we state that, by paying, you expressly request the service to start right away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once you start using it; we confirm this in the purchase email. This doesn't affect your right to cancel your subscription at any time. If a technical problem on our side prevents you from using what you paid for, write to us and we'll fix it or refund you.

AI-generated content

Videos are generated with artificial intelligence and the actors aren't real people. Each video carries in its metadata an indication that it's AI-generated or manipulated content, in line with Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act. You may use the videos you create to present and advertise your business, on social media and in paid ads. Review each video before publishing: AI can make mistakes in what it says or how it pronounces it.

Your responsibility when publishing

You decide whether, where and how to publish each video, and you're responsible for it: for what the video says about your business being true and not misleading; for labelling it as AI-generated content where required by law or by the platform (TikTok, Meta, YouTube and others have their own rules); for not presenting it as a real customer testimonial; and for holding the rights to the screenshots, videos, trademarks and texts you send us. AnunciaConIA publishes nothing on your behalf.

Acceptable use

You may not: try to create actors resembling real people, minors or sexual content; use the service for illegal, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory or infringing content; advertise prohibited products or activities; impersonate other people or businesses; share your account or automate its use. If these terms are breached we may suspend the account and remove content, notifying you first except in serious cases.

Liability

We take reasonable measures for the service to work well, but we don't guarantee commercial results or that a platform will accept or promote your videos. We're not liable for how you use the videos or for indirect damages, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

Closing your account

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to hola@anunciaconia.com.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything important in these terms, we'll tell you by email before it applies. If you don't agree, you can cancel your subscription and close your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of your country of residence and may go to the courts of your domicile.
